Speaker Series
OceansAdvance and the City of St. John’s co-sponsor the Ocean Technology Speaker Series. Six times a year, members are invited to attend an event that features a member company’s recent success such as the launch of a new product, a new government program launched in support of the sector, or a new university initiative in support of research. Speaker Series events are held at the NRC Institute for Ocean Technology and run from 8:30 to 10:00 am. Between 40 and 100 people attend these event which provide an excellent opportunity for networking, as industry, government and academia participate.
