Northstar Network Ltd. is a Canadian AS 9100 B Registered defence, aerospace, marine and homeland security contractor. The St. John’s office is Northstar’s "in house" electronic contract manufacturing, assembly, and system integration facility. For example, Northstar Network develops a suite of sonar products, largely for Lockheed Martin, and destined for the US Navy. Underwater Intruder Security Detection Systems are proprietary sonar systems for submarines. The company also designs and produces a variety of marine control consoles for the Canadian Frigate Program and the Victoria Class Submarines.

Northstar Network has affiliate agreements in place with over twenty defence and aerospace companies, and several world-class educational institutions from Vancouver, BC to St. John's, NL. These affiliates provide Northstar with approximately 2,000 professional and support personnel at its disposal. The Network comprises research and development, engineering and manufacturing capabilities embodied in strategic partnerships with suppliers of goods and services. As a large entity, it is capable of identifying, acquiring and delivering competitive technological solutions.

Northstar Network is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northstar Electronics Inc., a Delaware Corporation trading as NEIK and quoted on the OTCBB.
