C&W Offshore designs and manufactures a variety tools and custom equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry. The company’s main facility is located in Donovans Industrial Park, in Mt. Pearl. It is comprised of a 15,000 square foot high bay with 20 ton crane, and over 2 acres of lay down area. There is also a full machine shop and custom test frame.

C&W Industrial Fabrication and Marine Equipment Ltd. specializes in designing and manufacturing seafood harvesting, unloading and processing equipment, offshore contracted items and aluminum work / pleasure craft. They have CNC machining and cutting equipment, all of which contribute to a quality product built to the highest tolerances.

C&W has been involved in the offshore industry since the early days, including work for offshore vessels from the drill rigs John Shaw and Glomar Grand Banks, to items for the Terra Nova and Searose FPSO’s. C&W specializes in steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and is highly qualified in all areas of design and construction.

C&W utilizes a qualified design and production team consisting of engineering and drafting staff, supervisors, welders, machinists, CNC operator and a Brake/Shears operator.
