Neil Chaulk is the founder, President and CEO of ICAN. Neil founded ICAN in 1997 and has grown the company to its present state with its headquarters in Newfoundland and offices in Huntsville, Alabama and Dallas, Texas.

Prior to ICAN, Neil spent 8 years with the Canadian Coast Guard. There he was a member of the team responsible for designing and implementing Canada's Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) service, as well as many other marine navigation and communication systems.

Neil holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
