OA Board

OceansAdvance was incorporated on March 1, 2005.

Per OceansAdvance By-Laws

OceansAdvance holds a Annual General Meeting each calendar year.

The applicants for incorporation became the first three Directors of OA whose term of office as Directors continued to the second AGM.

At the first AGM an additional four members were elected.

Each director shall be elected to hold office for a nominal period of two years or until his or her successor shall have been duly elected.  A director shall retire at the second annual general meeting after their election but each is eligible for re-election if he or she is otherwise qualified to be a director.  The election for directors shall continue to be staggered such that no more than 4 directors positions are open for election at any AGM.

The Board of Directors shall appoint among themselves a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
